What's more likely, that she's a lover or friend? When was the last time our Captain Cold talked to a woman he wasn't related to or had to pay first?

With positive results? I'd say his loneliness is probably old enough to start kindergarten by now.
Then again, this IS the sexy and charismatic version. Anything's possible.
Couldn't tell the tone of it, from what I saw. It's usually not too hard for me to get a read on that kind of thing, but it's got me stumped.
